Joguman, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to ensure the prompt and efficient handling of related complaints.


Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The collected personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Membership Registration and Management
To confirm membership registration intent, verify and authenticate identity for member services, maintain and manage membership status, implement identity verification under the restricted identity verification system, prevent fraudulent service use, verify legal guardian consent when processing personal information of children under the age of 14, provide notifications, and handle complaints.

2. Provision of Goods or Services
To deliver goods, provide services, send contracts and invoices, offer content, provide customized services, authenticate identity, verify age, process payments and settlements, and collect debts.

3. Handling of Complaints
To verify the identity of complainants, review complaint details, conduct fact-finding investigations, provide notifications, and communicate results.


Article 2 (Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period agreed upon by the data subject or within the period specified by applicable laws.

Membership Registration and Management: Personal information is retained until membership withdrawal from the Company’s website. However, in the following cases, personal information will be retained until the specified event is concluded:
If an investigation is in progress due to a violation of relevant laws, personal information will be retained until the investigation is completed.
If there are outstanding debts or obligations arising from website usage, personal information will be retained until financial settlement is completed.

The Company promptly destroys personal information once the retention period expires or the processing purpose has been achieved.
1. If personal information must be retained beyond the agreed retention period due to legal obligations, it will be stored separately in a different database (DB) or storage location.
2. Destruction Procedure: The Company selects personal information for destruction and obtains approval from the personal information protection officer before proceeding.
3. Destruction Method: Personal information stored electronically is deleted using technical methods (such as low-level formatting) to prevent recovery. Printed documents containing personal information are shredded or incinerated.


Article 8 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
To ensure the security of personal information, the Company implements the following measures:
1. Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training.
2. Technical Measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identifiers, installation of security programs.
3. Physical Measures: Access control for data storage rooms and server rooms.
